The IntelliQ Case Management Tool, the latest addition to the Retail Key LP suite, has been developed to assist Retailer Loss Prevention teams in efficiently managing, measuring and recording relevant case information.

The IntelliQ Case Management Tool closes the loop that begins with IntelliQ’s unique Data analysis and fraud detection capabilities with a simple interface that provides configurable data to forward to the leading Civil Recovery Agencies.


 

The product provides sophisticated and detailed reporting of cases using Microsoft Reporting Services allowing LP Managers to accurately assess the successes of a Civil Recovery process and supporting LP Managers and staff in tracking the success of their processes.
The IntelliQ Case Management Tool can be used as a smoothly integrated component of the Retail Key LP solution or as a stand-alone application to offer comprehensive integration with Civil Recovery Agencies and allowing the creation of cases by addition of any common file types.
